are available and can include
1, an energy survey of your premises, including heating, insulation etc,
2, advice on products, local suppliers and grant schemes,
3, advice on renewable energy options and funding,
4, a carbon footprint assessment.
All relevant advice will be compiled into a bespoke energy report for your business.
We can also provide ongoing energy management services.
Business Energy Surveys in Shrewsbury
A basic small business energy survey is £150 within 10 miles of Shrewsbury,
This allows for approximately 4 hours work.
If any extra work is requested it will be charged at £35/hour.
For larger businesses an individual quote would be prepared.
This fee can easily be recouped in energy savings, normally within a few months.
These fees don't include the provision of an energy performance certificate (see below for these).
Business Energy Surveys in Shropshire
A basic small business energy survey in the rest of Shropshire (more than 10 miles from Shrewsbury) is £175
For businesses outside Shropshire or for larger businesses an individual quote would be prepared.
This allows for approximately 4 hours work.
If any extra work is requested it will be charged at £35/hour.
A lower fee may be negotiable if advice is only required on one aspect, eg renewable energy options.
This fee can easily be recouped in energy savings, normally within a few months.

The ESOS Assessors group (ESOSA) offers ESOS assessments to enable larger businesses to satisfy their obligations
under the Energy Savings Opportunities Scheme and to enable them to save money and energy. ESOSA offers the full range of options for complying with ESOS carried out by experienced assessors with

ESOS Pahse two has a deadline of Dec 5th 2019, please get in touch ASAP if you do not have a Lead assessor arranged for Phase 2 compliance.
Thermal Imaging
is also available for businesses, £100 within 10 miles of Shrewsbury, £110 elsewhere in Shropshire.
If carried out in combination with the business energy survey a £20 discount is applicable.
Non Domestic Energy Performance Certificates
are also available, individual quotes are needed as the amount of work can vary enormously, please contact us for a quote.
